生态文明建设的对策研究

A Study of Ecological Civilization Construction

党的十七大报告提出生态文明建设,是中国特色社会主义现代化建设理论体系的又一重大创新,是对落实科学发展观、深化全面建设小康社会目标而提出的更高要求。本文从生态文明的科学内涵入手,进一步论述建设生态文明的重要性,最后提出生态文明建设的对策和有效途径。

The report of the CPC＇s Seventeenth National Congress puts forward ecological civilization construction, which is a most important innovation of the theory of socialism construction with Chinese characteristics, and proposes a higher requirement for implementing scientific outlook on development and deepening the purpose of building well- off society in an allround way. The paper starts with the scientific connotation of ecological civilization, highlights the importance of ecological construction, and proposes some countermeasures and effective method of ecological civilization construction.
