摘要 目的:探讨护理临床路径在先天性心脏病围术期中的应用效果。方法:将145例先天性心脏病患者分为两组,实验组75例,采用临床路径进行健康教育;对照组70例,采用传统方法进行整体护理,并对两组的效果进行比较。结果:实验组健康教育掌握率、护理工作满意度及平均住院天数均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用临床路径实施健康教育,能有效地提高护理满意度,提高健康教育效果,使患者更快康复。 Objective:To investigate the effects of clinical pathway on perioperative care among congenital heart disease patients. Methods:145 hospitalized patients with congenital heart diseases were randomly divided into two groups. 75 patients′ health education in experiment group based on clinical pathway,and 70 patients in control group received health education using traditional method. The effects of two groups were compared. Results:The mastery degree of health education,the average hospitalization days and the degree of nursing service satisfaction in the experiment group were superior to those in the control group(P〈0.05) . Conclusion:Using the clinical pathway in health education,we can improve the satisfactory degree of nursing service,the effects of heath education and the earlier recovery of congenital heart disease patients.
