摘要
利用薄膜润滑理论,在分析拉深件成型特点的基础上,推出了拉深件成型中的润滑模型;通过ETA/Dynaform软件对拉深成形过程进行仿真模拟,并对结果进行分析;研究了成型中润滑膜厚度的变化,为实际生产找出了相应润滑剂的最佳粘度范围.
The lubrication model was verified through analyzing the simulation of deep drawing. The molding characteristic of the deep drawn parts was discussed by using film lubrication theory. The lubrication model was derived and the simulation done by the software of ETA/Dynaform was carried on this basis. Finally, the result was analyzed to study the changes of thickness of the lubricant film, finding the optimum range of the viscosity of the lubricant to guide the production.
