摘要
主要研究了树脂法提取甘草中的甘草苷。结果表明:国产多孔树脂D101和日本产HP20树脂在水溶液中,对甘草苷的最大吸附量分别为238.7mg/g和278.9mg/g;吸附后的D101树脂和HP20树脂洗脱甘草苷的最佳乙醇浓度分别为50%和60%。甘草经粉碎、水浸、过滤、减压蒸馏、浓H2SO4沉淀等步骤,甘草苷粗品得率为9%以上,粗品再经D101树脂和HP20树脂处理,得甘草苷纯品,得率分别为60%和86%。
The isolation and purification of glycyrrhizin from licorice with resin column were studied. The glycyrrhizin absorption amount on the D 101 and HP20 resin were 238.7 mg/g and 278.9 mg/g. The good elution concentration of ethanol was 50 % for D 101 resin, and 60 % for HP20 resin. The licorice root was ground, extracted by hot water, filtered, concentrated by vacuum distillation, precipitated by the H 2SO 4, and dried to abtain 9% crude glycyrrhizin. The crude glycyrrhizin was purified by the D 101 and HP20 resin, the purified glycyrrhizin was 60 % for D 101 resin column, and 86 % for the HP20 resin column.
