摘要
在0℃贮藏条件下,以嘎拉为对照,研究秦阳的采后贮藏特性,同时对秦阳用不同体积分数1-MCP处理,研究其对1-MCP的反应。结果表明,与嘎拉相比秦阳果肉硬度下降迅速,采后呼吸强度及乙烯释放速率明显较高,可滴定酸、可溶性固形物及Vc含量下降较快;1-MCP处理可显著抑制秦阳果实贮藏期间呼吸速率和乙烯释放量,延缓两者跃变高峰的出现,对于延缓果肉硬度和降低可滴定酸、Vc、可溶性固形物含量和质量损失率.有明显效果。
In order to provide references for the technologies of past harvest circulation and extension of shelf period on a new early ripening apple cultivar Qinyang.This paper was conducted to investigate the post-harvest storage features of qinyang apples compared with Gala,and to study their responses to 1-MCP(1-Methylcyclopropene) under 0℃storage condition.The results showed that compared with Gala,Qinyang apples showed faster decreasing of fruit firmness with higher rate of respiration and ethylene(C2H4) production,and more decline of titratable acid,the soluble solids and Vitamin C content during storage of past harvest.After treatment of 1-MCP,the decrease of flesh firmness and the peaks of respiratory and ethylene release were markedly delayed during storage of past harvest,while the rates of respiration and the ethylene production were clearly degraded.Additionally,treatment of 1-MCP decreased the degeneration of titrate acid,total soluble solid and Vitamin C of the Qinyang fruits,and reduce rates of weight loss.
