摘要
当今世界,知识已成为一项重要的战略资源。知识管理成为各类社会组织应对复杂变化的社会环境以及赢得竞争优势的有力工具。农民专业合作社被看作是促进农业发展二次飞跃的有效手段之一,近来备受关注。本文针对我国农民专业合作社成员异质性的特点,借鉴实践社群中社员身份划分标准,将合作社成员进行分类,并综合组织学习理论和知识管理理论,构建了农民专业合作社的"5层次"知识管理模式。
Nowadays,knowledge has become an important strategic resource.Knowledge management has become a powerful tool for various organizations to deal with changing and complex social environment and to win for competitive advantage.Farmers’ cooperatives are seen as one of the effective means to promote agriculture leap,which are concerned recently.Based on the heterogeneity of farmers’ cooperatives’ members,using the standards to classify the members of practice community for reference,this paper classified the members of farmers’ cooperatives,combined organizational learning theory and knowledge management theory,and built "5-level" knowledge management model of farmers’ cooperatives.
