摘要
目的探讨医护合作健康教育模式在五官科住院患者中的应用效果。方法将本科室收治的81例患者随机分为实验组42例和对照组39例,对照组实施传统一般性健康教育,实验组采取医护合作健康教育模式。比较两组患者在出院前相关疾病知识掌握情况、对健康教育的满意度及出院后治疗的依从性。结果健康教育后,两组患者疾病知识掌握情况、对健康教育的满意度及出院后治疗依从性比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,实验组优于对照组。结论医护合作健康教育模式能提高健康教育的效果及患者对健康教育工作的满意度。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of doctors and nurses cooperation health education for inpatients in the department of five sense organs. Methods Eighty-one inpatients were randomly divided into two groups. Forty-two inpatients in the experimental group received health education through doctor-and-nurse cooperation, and 39 inpatients in the control group received the routine health education. The effectiveness of two groups was compared by a questionnaire on their knowledge of the disease, the treatment compliance and the satisfaction to health education. Result The knowledge of the disease, the treatment compliance and the satisfaction to health education in experimental group were better than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The application of doctor and nurses eooperation's health education for inpatients of five sense organs can ensure health education effectiveness and raise their satisfaction degree.
