摘要
本文探讨了在胸心血管麻醉学进修医师培训中应用发展性教育评价的意义，总结了上海市胸科医院麻醉科近年来在进修医师培训中应用发展性教育评价的经验，以及电子化麻醉信息系统在评价过程中的应用，其目的在于进一步提高麻醉学进修医师的培养质量。
This article discussed the application of developmental evaluation in advanced training doctors of cardiothoracic anesthesia. The experience of the application was summarized and the using of eleetronieal anesthesia information system was introduced. The authors hope that it would promote the quality improvement of advanced training doctors of anesthesia.
