Progress in Pharmacological Action of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer

消化性溃疡是消化道侵袭因素增强和防御修复因素减弱所致。近年来研究显示,中药可通过中和胃酸、保护溃疡面、改善局部微循环、杀灭幽门螺杆菌等方式发挥治疗消化性溃疡作用,且有毒副作用小、复发率低的优越性,为临床治疗消化性溃疡和防止溃疡复发提供了新的途径。

Peptic ulcer is caused by the increase of attack factor and the decrease of protection factor on the digestive tract.In recent years,studies show that traditional Chinese medicine can play a role in the treatment of peptic ulcer through neutralizing gastric acid,protecting the surface of ulcer,improving topical microcirculation,and sterilizing heli-cobacter pylori.Moreover,the traditional Chinese medicine therapy has a little toxic side effect and low recurernce rate,which provide a new way to treat peptic ulcer clinically.
