目的探讨如何应用整形美容外科的原则和技术,提高美容修复面部皮肤软组织外伤的手术效果。方法自2006年1月至2009年3月,在121例面部皮肤软组织外伤急诊清创术中,对面部不同的部位,均应用整形美容外科原则,彻底清创,修整伤口,彻底止血、无张力精细缝合。结果所有病例均应用整形美容外科技术和原则,伤口均得到Ⅰ期愈合,瘢痕纤细并术后随访1～12个月,未发生伤口瘢痕增生和错位畸形等并发症。结论在面部外伤的急诊处理中,应用整形美容外科技术能够最大限度地修复美化伤口、恢复面部功能和形态,并减少术后伤口瘢痕增生发生,满足患者的美容要求。

Objective To explore aesthetic effect of facial soft skin tissue injuries during emergency by applying plastic and aesthetic surgery principles and techniques. Methods From January 2006 to March 2009,121 patients with facial soft skin tissue injuries, were performed the surgical operation with plastic and aesthetic surgery principles and techniques. As to the different parts of facial injury tissue, we carried out surgical debridement totally. Fix the whole wound, stop bleeding thoroughly,and have no tension fine sew up. Results All cases were followed -up for 1 month to 12 months after operation, inconspicuous scars , all patients were cure well with plastic and aesthetic surgery principles and techniques. No case happened the postoperative complications of scar formation and wrong abnormal. Conclusion It is beautified wound, instaurate function and appearance of the face, reduce scar formation,increment sufferer self - confidence, and it is safe and effective to cure the facial soft tissue injuries during emergency . The plastic and aesthetic surgery principles and techniques have the advantage of increasing operation efficiency and reducing the postoperative complications, it satisfy the request to aesthetic.
