摘要
以一氯乙酸钠为醚化剂羧甲基化修饰酵母β葡聚糖,通过测定红外光谱和取代度鉴定制备的羧甲基葡聚糖样品。比较改性前后酵母葡聚糖的吸湿、保湿性能,初步研究羧甲基葡聚糖的人体皮肤刺激性和改善皮肤纹理深度的作用。结果显示制得的羧甲基葡聚糖取代度为0.60,羧甲基化修饰后葡聚糖保湿吸湿能力增强,能减轻由果酸引起的皮肤红斑和刺痛感,并具有抗皱功能,是一种有效的功能性皮肤护理成分。
To study the function of Carboxymethyl glucan in skin care. Carboxymethyl glucan was synthesised from yeast glucan with sodium monochloroacetic as the etherifying agent. Infrared spectra and substitution degree were detected. Substitution degree of carboxymethyl glucan was 0.60. Carboxymethyl glucan had good moisture retention capacity, it could reduce skin irritation and sensitivity caused by hydroxy acid and had anti-wrinkles function when used in human skin. Carboxymethyl glucan is effective functional ingredient in skin care.
