关中—天水、北部湾经济区发展循环经济比较研究

A Comparative Study on the Circular Economy Development of NBEZ and GTEZ

循环经济发展模式是近年来人们对传统经济发展模式的理性的扬弃。广西北部湾经济区和关中—天水经济区是我国经济欠发达的两个经济区,从中国西部经济发展的前景看,最终走势是促成西北和西南板块的融合。本文在对广西北部湾经济区和关中—天水经济区发展循环经济的必要性进行比较分析基础上,对两经济区发展循环经济提出了几点政策建议:采取措施促进两个经济区的区域经济发展;因地制宜地促进两经济区的快速发展;发挥优势,促进倆经济区成为我国经济增长的第四级。

In recent years,circular economy development model is the result of the abandonment of the traditional economy development model.Both North Bay Economic Zone （NBEZ） in Guangxi and the Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone （GTEZ） are located in the underdeveloped areas of China.From economic development prospects of Western China,the ultimate trend is to facilitate the integration of the northwest and southwest sections.In this paper,on the basis of a comparative analysis of the necessity of circular economy development of NBEZ and GTEZ,a couple of policy suggestions are put forward,namely：to take measures to promote regional economic development in the two economic zones;to adapt to local conditions to promote the rapid development of two economic zones;and to promote both economic zones to become China＇s ＂Fourth Economic Growth Pole＂.
