摘要
在中央空调管道机器人的机械结构设计基础上,重点研究基于单片机控制的中央空调管道清洗机器人开放式控制系统,完成了清洗机器人的控制策略和控制系统软/硬件结构的实现。该机器人结构简单,控制灵活,系统工作稳定,为中央空调管道远程监控自动清洗技术的进一步研究提供了平台。
Based on the mechanical structure design of the central air conditioning duct cleaning robot,focuses on the study of the open control system based on singlechip microcomputer for the central air conditioning duct cleaning robot,and finishes the realization of the control policy,the hardware and the soft ware of the control system,which makes this robot structure simple,with flexible control and stable working system,and gives a platform for the further research of remote monitoring automatic cleaning technologies of the central air conditioning duct.
