摘要
职业足球俱乐部的治理机制是是一套保护在职业俱乐部中有重大利害关系的投资方(包括股东、管理者、球员等)的制度安排。股东、总经理、教练员和运动员等彼此的关系是俱乐部治理机制的主要内容。本文认为俱乐部的治理机制具有以下特征:1)股东除了盈利外还愿意借助俱乐部获得社会影响,这使俱乐部股权结构相对集中;2)教练员风险和管理水平很高,其收入受到成绩影响很大;3)教练员和运动员的矛盾普遍存在,一般依靠双方协商解决;4)运动员的薪酬差距很大,这是一种有效的激励措施,同时运动员的薪酬结构呈现"三多三少"的特点;5)教练员和运动员的培养是完善俱乐部治理机制的一大补充。
Through using the method of literature and investigation,this paper analyzed governance mechanism of the professional sport club.The main governance body is composed of the most crucial stakeholders,including shareholders,general manager,coach and players.In conclusion:1) the shareholders do not only focus on the return of investment but also the social recognition.This willingness makes the entity structure relatively concentrate.2) The coach has high risks and high management level.The income of coach depends on the performance of the team.3) It is common that conflicts between the coach and players may occur.The conflicts are mainly solved by bilateral negotiations.4)Differentiate compensation to players is an effective incentive.And general speaking,the income structure of players is featured in several aspects.5) Training of coaches and players is a major supplement to the governance mechanism of the professional sport club.
