摘要 针对冶金设备现场工况环境恶劣、温度相对较高、液压系统应用广泛的特点,运用系统的方法全面分析液压系统污染的原因,结合武钢炼钢总厂三分厂的生产特点,通过对液压系统污染物的形式、来源、危害进行分析,制定出液压系统污染控制措施及方法,使液压系统达到目标清洁度,使系统及元件寿命增长,降低故障率,保证设备的稳定运行。 In light of such a few characteristics in the work site of the steel-making plant as very adverse environment conditions,higher relative temperature and extensive use of the hydraulic system the present paper comprehensively analyzed the cause to the contamination of the hydraulic system with the system method and in the meanwhile developed some measures to control the contamination of the hydraulic system on the basis of analysis of the mode,origin and harmfulness of contamination so as to ensure that the target of cleanliness for the hydraulic system can be achieved and the service life of parts and elements of the system prolonged and the trouble rate of the system reduced and smoothly running of the equipments guaranteed.
