摘要 研究了原子吸收分光光度法测定微量锌时铁(Fe2+,Fe3+)的干扰作用,考察了共存离子NH+4及酸性介质HCI对测定的影响。结果表明,Fe2+对测锌有正干扰,Fe3+为负干扰。NH+4和酸性介质(c(HCl)<2.0mol·L-1)对测锌无干扰。 The influence of ferrous and ferric on the determination of trace zinc analysis by atomic absorption spectrophotometry was researched. The influence of ammonium in the solution system and acid medium( HCl) was also determined. The results showed that ferrous deceased the absorbance of zinc when the content of ferrous in the solution reached the influential level, while the influence of ferric was just reversed. Neither ammonium nor the acid medium (c(HCl)<2.0 mol/L) in the solution had influence on the determination of trace zinc analysis.
