后勤服务保障是医院非战略性流程,可以考虑外包,其前提条件是医院外包服务项目的外环境具备专业化、规模化服务队伍(市场)。实施后勤服务保障社会化,服务项目、内容、合同细节的制定,质量标准和质量考核以及监管体系的构建,直接影响并制约着社会化服务保障质量和保障安全。
Logistic service guarantee is a non-strategic process in hospitals,which can be outsourced.However,the precondition is that the external environment of the outsourced service items should be provided by professional and large-scale service teams(market).The practice of the socialized logistic guarantee,the making of service items,contents and contract details,the assessment of quality standards and quality and the construction of regulatory system directly affect and restrict the quality and guarantee safety of socialized service.
