摘要
针对传统通用模块元件信息建模存在的设计信息不完整、关联性差、无法有效用于专用模块设计等问题,以面向液压集成块设计的液压元件库为研究对象,提出一种面向专用模块设计的通用模块元件信息建模方法。该方法将相关设计参数信息记录于数据库中,同时又和三维模型中的几何特征相关联,专用模块设计系统通过调用几何模型并从数据库中读取参数信息,实现通用模块元件在专用模块上的自动装配、辅助孔特征创建及元件关联设计信息的实例化,从而为实现专用模块的快速高效设计奠定基础。
A novel information modeling of special module design oriented general module parts is provided by referring to the problems with the conventional information modeling of general module parts such as incomplete design information,bad relevance and unable to be used in special module design effectively,taking the hydraulic component library oriented to hydraulic integrated block design as the object.This method records the relevant design parameter information in the database,and sets up relationship with geometrical features of 3D model.Therefore,by calling the geometrical model and reading out the parameter information,the special module design system can allow the general module parts to be automatically assembled on the special module,create the auxiliary hole features and the instantiation of the parts related design information,laying the foundation for fast and effective design of the special module.
