本文运用系统论的分析方法,对当代中国民主党派的参政资源体系进行了综合考量,认为加强民主党派作为参政党的建设,必须优化参政议政资源体系,在坚持中国共产党领导的前提下,积极培育参政人才,完善参政议政的各项法律制度,借鉴西方政治文明中的有益经验。

The Resources of participating in government and political affairs is a precondition for the Non-Commuist parties to carry out its functions.The resource of Non-Commuist parties＇ political participation and discussion is plenty,and the constitution is complicated,which contains the resources of groundwork,operation and guarantee.The process of participating in and discussing about politic is also the procedure that it constantly consumes self-resource.As being political participation party to reinforce their construction,it must optimize the resource system of participating in and discussing on politics,and actively foster talents for participating politic.It also need to improve the various law and statute of participating in and discussing on politics,and refer to the conducive experiences in the political civilization of western countries under the prerequisite of keeping the CPC＇s guidance.
