摘要
本文从注重整体策略、处理好矛盾关系、塑造典型故事、建立创新型组织、高层管理团队担当起创新职责五个方面探讨了建立电大创新文化的方式方法。
This paper focus on overall strategy,deal with conflicts,build typical story,establish the innovative organizations,the senior management team take on the responsibilities of the five aspects of innovation and discuss the way of innovation culture for TV university.
