摘要
阐述了单容液位控制系统的工艺过程。单容液位控制系统可以实现一阶对象的控制,同时可实现液位控制计算。该液位控制系统以液位、压力为控制对象,以AT89C51为主控芯片,并辅之以压力传感器、继电器。说明了基于AT89C51单片机的数据采集与处理系统和基于C语言的数据传送程序模块的工作原理。
The automatic control process of single capacity level control system is expounded in this paper.As a level control unit,single level control system can implement control to first order object,and in the same time can implement level control computation.This level control system takes level/pressure as control objects and uses AT89C51 as main control chip,equipped with pressure transmitter,A/D0809 and relay;the working processes of AT89C51 SCM-based data acquisition and processing system and C Language-based data transferring program module are introduced.
