川牛膝醇提物对自发性高血压大鼠血压、心肌ACE活性及心肌细胞直径影响的研究 被引量:28

摘要 目的:探讨川牛膝醇提物对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)的降压作用以及对SHR心肌ACE活性、心肌细胞直径的影响。方法:将40只SHR大鼠随机分为5组:空白对照组,川牛膝醇提物高、中、低剂量组,依那普利组,每组8只。采用尾动脉测压法测量给药前及给药后2,4,6,8周SHR收缩压,在给药8周后,观测心肌ACE活性、心肌细胞直径的变化。结果:给药8周后,川牛膝醇提物明显降低了SHR血压,其中高剂量组的降压幅度与依那普利组比较无显著性差异,但中、低剂量组与依那普利组有显著性差异。同时川牛膝各组均能降低心肌ACE活性、影响心肌细胞直径。结论:川牛膝醇提物的降压作用与降低心肌ACE活性、影响心肌细胞直径有关。 Objective: To explore the hypotensive effect of ethanol extract of Cyathula officinatis kuan on Spontaneously hypertensive rat (SHR) and the influence on the activity of the cardiomyocyte, and transdiameter of cardiomyocyte (TDM) of the SHR. Methods : randomly divide 40 SHRs in to 5 groups : blank control group, the high, middle, low dose of ethanol extract of Cyathula officinalis kuan and enalapril. Each grou Phas 8 SHRs. Measure the systolic pressure of the SHR of 2, 4, 6, 8 weeks respectively both before and after drug administration with the tailartery blood pressure measurement. 8 weeks after drug administration, observe the activity of the cardiomyocyte ACE, and the TDM of the SHR. Results: 8 weeks after drug administration, ethanol extract of Cyathula officinalis kuan decreases the blood pressure of the SHRs obviously. The lowering range of the blood between the high dose grou Pand the enalapril grou Pshows no significant difference while the middle and low dose grou Pand enalapril grou Pstill significant difference. Meanwhile, each grou Pof Cyathula officinalis kuan can reduce the activity of the cardiomyocyte, and TDM of the SHR. Conclusion: the hypotensive effect of ethanol extract of Cyathula officinalis kuan is relevant with the reduction of the activity of the cardiomyocyte, and the TDM of the SHR.
