摘要
为了比较系统地研究黑木耳中水不溶性物质的成份及生物活性,利用稀碱提取、CPC纯化等方法,提取出一种碱溶性黑木耳多糖,并进行系列理化性质研究。结果表明,该多糖纯度较高,不含蛋白质、核酸等含氮成份,由葡萄糖、甘露糖、木糖、岩藻糖等单糖组成,数均分子量为3.1×105。
This paper discusses the
separation and purification of a kind of acidic polysaccharides HBA.The purity of the
polysaccharides was determined by paper chromatography and DEAECellulose
chromatography. The infrared spectrum of polysaccharide showed that there were
characteristic absorption bands at 3375,2920,1725,1610,1420,1060 cm-1. The
polysaccharides was composed of Dglueose, Dmannose,Dxylose, Dfucose etc. The
molecular weight is 3.1105. The polysaccharides has showed antitumor function on cancer
S180.
