摘要
目的建立止痛紫金丸中当归、丁香、木香、赤芍的薄层色谱方法及血竭素的高效液相含量测定的方法。方法采用Agilent TC-C18色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-0.05mol.L^-1磷酸二氢钠溶液(30∶70);检测波长为440nm;流速为1.0mL.min^-1;柱温为30℃。结果血竭素高氯酸盐在0.1363-1.1360μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均回收率为98.2%,RSD=1.97%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便,重复性好,结果准确可靠,适用于该药的质量控制。
Objective To identify Angelica,Flos Caryophylli,Radix Aucklandiae and Radix Paeoniae Rubra by TLC method and to determine Dracorhodin in Zhitongzijin Pills by HPLC method.Methods Using a Agilent TC-C18 column,a mixture of acetonitrile-NaH2PO4(30∶70) as mobile phase,the detective wavelenth was set at 440nm and the column temperature was 30℃.Results The linear range of Dracorhodin Perochlorate was from 0.1363μg to 1.1360μg(r=0.9998).The average recovery was 98.2% with RSD as 1.97%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reliable,and can be used in the quality control of the drug.
