摘要
双鸭山东保卫煤矿36#大倾角煤层采场顶底板运动直接制约生产安全。通过现场监测,结合计算机数值模拟等理论方法,对大倾角条件下采场顶板运动与矿压显现规律、工作面支架载荷进行了研究。研究结果表明,由于煤层倾角增大,老顶沿倾向会形成一个由断裂岩块铰接而成的拱形结构,工作面中上部与下部载荷比为1.41。
The 36# large inclined coal seam's roof and floor movement of Shuangyashan Dongbaowei coal mine directly restricts production safety.According to mining geological conditions,this paper studied stope roof and floor's movement,strata behavior and hydraulic support's loads through on -site monitoring,combined with computer simulation and other theoretical approaches under the conditions of large dip.The results showed that,the main roof will formed a hinged arch structure by fractured rock mass along the tendency due to the inclination increases.And the load ratio is 1.41 between upper and lower of the working face.The research laied a theoretical basis for the safe,high-producted and efficient exploitation of large inclination coal beds.And also put forward the supporting requirement technically.
