影响钉螺繁殖与血吸虫感染的主要生物因素

Relationship between biological factors and reproduction and infection of Oncomelania hupensis snails

湖北钉螺是日本血吸虫唯一的中间宿主,控制和消灭钉螺是有效控制血吸虫病流行的根本措施之一。长期以来,众多学者对钉螺进行了大量而深入的研究。本文综述了有关环境植被、钉螺密度等生物因素对钉螺的繁殖与血吸虫感染的影响,并对今后血吸虫病防治策略以及钉螺的研究方向等提出了思考。

Oncomelania hupensis is the only intermediate host of Schistosoma japonicum.The control and elimination of Oncomelania snails is one of the fundamental measures for controlling schistosomiasis effectively.For decades,large numbers of in-depth studies on the intermediate host of schistosomiasis in China have been carried out.This paper summarized the relationship between biological factors and Oncomelania snail reproduction and infection based on the impact of vegetation,snail density upon snail reproduction and the major factors in snail infection,furthermore,it provided some ideas about the research direction of schistosomiasis control strategy and snails.
