摘要
为了降低压裂液在管柱中的摩阻,从而达到有效压裂的目的,研制出了由阳离子与非离子单体在一定条件下聚合而成的水基降阻剂JHJ,并对其进行了性能评价。结果表明,JHJ具有好的水溶性、酸溶性、热稳定性、降阻性和适应温度范围广(在30~90℃条件下不生成絮状物沉淀)等特点;用它配成的降阻酸还具有一定的缓速性能。该产品的研制对提高油田的开采速度和采收率具有很大意义。
A new water based friction reducer, JHJ, is developed by polymerizing cationic and non ionic monomers under the certain conditions in order to reduce the friction of fracturing fluids in piping string for more fracturing efficiency. The performance of the new friction reducer is evaluated. The results show that JHJ has a high water soluble, acid soluble, thermally stable, friction reducible and widely temperature acceptable characteristics. A friction reducing acid prepared based on JHJ is capable of retarding. Its successful development is benefit for enhancing production rate and oil recovery.
