复杂薄壁发动机加力隔热屏制造工艺设计及优化 被引量:3

Forming process design and optimization of engine after-burners heat shield in aeronautics field

摘要 航空发动机关机零件加力隔热屏具有零件结构复杂、材料特殊、工艺繁杂等特点,是成形零件中的一个典型难点。基于国产化新材料GH4199,对加力隔热屏成形加工工艺过程进行了详细设计,对关键工艺过程如群孔加工、复杂波浪型面成形等进行了工艺参数优化,并最终进行了工艺实验验证,改进了整个工艺流程,优化了工装结构,形成了一整套面向产品的基于国产GH4199材料的薄壁结构制造技术流程,对于GH4199材料应用以及加力燃烧室机匣内腔隔热屏类零件制造具有一定的理论与工程实际意义。 The important and typical component of after-burners heat shield has a few special characterics,such as geometrical complexity,hard-formability materials,complicated process,etc.Based on the national produced high-temperature alloy GH4199,the whole forming process was studied one by one and the key parameters during huge-amount holes manufacturing and sheet forming of wave shape were explored.Finally,all the research results were verified successfully.The technical process was improved and the frock structure was optimized,which form a series of thin structure forming process faced to high-temperature alloy.It has some theoretical and practical significance for the fabrication of the afterburner casing cavity insulation parts and the application of the material alloy GH4199.
