江东大桥双塔单跨空间主缆自锚式悬索桥的施工控制 被引量:21

摘要 针对空间主缆自锚式悬索桥钢箱梁顶推和体系转换施工期的受力和变形特点,以杭州市江东大桥双塔单跨空间主缆自锚式悬索桥为工程背景,应用有限元软件建立其钢箱梁顶推和体系转换的施工控制仿真计算模型,系统地总结和提出空间主缆自锚式悬索桥钢箱梁顶推和体系转换的施工控制流程和施工监测项目,介绍了钢箱梁顶推施工和体系转换的最终方案,给出了空间主缆自锚式悬索桥体系转换的施工控制原则。提出了空间主缆自锚式悬索桥销铰式吊索索夹预偏角度的确定思路,给出了销铰式吊索索夹角度的测试方法。钢箱梁顶推和体系转换完成后,线形、应力、索力和索夹角度的测试结果验证了提出的施工控制方法和施工控制流程是合理的。 To the mechanical property and deformation characteristics of self-anchored suspension bridge with spatial cables during incremental launching of steel box girder and system transformation, the simulation model for incremental launching and system transformation process were established by FE software based on the self-anchored suspension bridge with two pylons and single span spatial cables in Hangzhou Jiangdong Bridge. Construction control procedure and construction monitoring items for the incremental launching and system transformation were summariZed and put forward systematically, the final scheme of the incremental launching and system transformation was presented, and the construction control principle for system transformation of the bridge was given. The method for determination of the pre-bias angle of pin-hinge cable clamp of self-anchored suspension bridge with spatial cables was put forward, and the method for testing the angle of pin-hinge cable clamp was put forward. The evaluation of alignment, stress, cable force and angle of cable clamp after incremental launching and system transformation proves that the presented control method and control process are reasonable.
