摘要
v介绍了自行研制的汽车道路动态试验模拟控制系统(RDSS),讨论了RDSS的硬件和软件设计,重点分析了RDSS中引入的多点激振试验方法和多输入多输出HV频响函数识别算法。将RDSS与电液振动台对接,对一辆轿车进行了道路模拟试验。结果表明,RDSS可以准确快速地模拟汽车的实际行驶工况。
A self developed motor vehicle road dynamic simulating test system(RDSS) is presented,software and hardware design for the RDSS is discussed and multipoint exciting vibration test method as well as multi-input and multi-output HV frequency response function identification calculation method,which are introduced into the RDSS,are emphatically analyzed A car is put on an electro-hydraulic vibrating test bench joined up with the RDSS to take road simulating test and achieves the result that the RDSS can accurately and quickly simulate the practical road driving mode of the car
