摘要
采用绝热固定床积分反应器,在工业条件下(500r/h,1.0MPa~2.6MPa,240℃~290℃),对条形及片形Fe-Cu-K工业催化剂进行了F-T合成反应性及宏观动力学考查.在稳态下,用集总的方法,保持一定的轴向温度分布,求出不同、形状催化剂的宏观动力学方程,与实验数据符合较好.
Activity and macro kinetics of F--T synthesis on industrial extrudes shaped andpellet catalyst in a adiabatic fixed--bed integral reactor was studied. The kinetics expression is obtained by using lumping method and keeping a temperature distribution. The reaction was conducted under 1. 0 MPa ~ 2. 6 MPa, 500 r/h. The temperature range was 240℃~ 290℃ (heatpoint ).
