摘要
基于煤炭在我国能源构成中的重要地位,介绍了当前煤炭工业安全生产情况和科学开采面临的困难,并具体针对低透气性高瓦斯煤层群安全高效开采技术难题,重点分析了淮南矿区先进的瓦斯治理理念和管理理念,阐述了无煤柱煤与瓦斯共采技术的产生背景、发展历程,并详细介绍了无煤柱煤与瓦斯共采理论及基于此的瓦斯治理技术工程实例。最后指出了深入研究的方向。
Based upon the significant role of coal in the national energy structure of this country,the author provides an account about the status-quo of work safety in coal mines as well as the problems and issues faced by the current mining technology in this country.On the basis of some tough problems on safer and highly efficient mining in low-permeability coal-seam groups with high gas concentration,the author focuses on the advanced concept of Huainan coal mine area on mine gas control and total gas management.Besides,the author also provides an account about the background and development course of the simultaneous mining of pillarless coal and the extraction of mine gas.Then,the author goes into details about the theory of simultaneous pillarless coal mining and gas extraction by providing real project cases based upon the said simultaneous mining and extraction.Finally,the author points out the directions for further deep-going research activities in the future.
