摘要
语言焦虑是影响外语学习的显著因素之一。本文首先从心理学和外语学习的角度,探讨了焦虑的定义及分类。其次,分析了焦虑产生的主观和客观原因。最后,结合作者的实际教学经验,提出了克服和减轻学生口语学习焦虑心理的可行性策略。
Language anxiety is one of the significant factors which affect foreign language learning.This article firstly discusses definition and classification of anxiety from the perspective of psychology and foreign language learning.Secondly,subjective and objective causes concerning anxiety are analyzed.Finally,in combination with actual teaching experiences of the author,teaching countermeasures for overcoming and relieving students' anxiety in spoken language learning are put forward.
