摘要 Kisspeptin是由转移抑制基因kiss-1编码的肽类物质,并且kisspeptin是G蛋白偶联受体54(GPR54)天然配体。Kisspeptin/GPR54系统与青春期的启动关系密切。kiss-1可能通过促性腺激素释放激素(gonadotropin releasing hormones,GnRH)神经元诱发体内黄体化激素的分泌从而参与青春期的启动。 Kisspeptin is a kind of peptides which is encoded by kiss-1 and is the natural ligand of GPR54.The relationship between kisspeptin/GPR54 system and the initiating of puberty is very close.It is probably that kiss-1 participate in the activity of puberty through inducing LH release by GnRH neuron.
