摘要
建立热管砂轮的三维有限元传热模型,通过改变结构参数、砂轮转速和热流密度,得出不同条件下的温度场分布,分析了各参数对温度场的影响。结果表明,通过热管结构控制弧区温度是可行的。热流越大,弧区平衡温度越高;减小砂轮外圈厚度,提高转速都能降低弧区温度。
Three dimension heat transfer model is built based on FEM.By changing the structural parameters,rotation speed of the grinding wheel and heat flux,the analysis of the effects on the temperature field of the heat-pipe grinding wheel is carried out.The temperature field contour maps are obtained.The results show that it's feasible to control the temperature of grinding zone by heat-pipe structure.Higher heat flux causes higher temperature of grinding zone.The temperature of grinding zone may be decreased by reducing the thickness of the outside wall and enhancing the rotation speed.
