摘要
基于炼钢—连铸生产过程研究了具有JIT工艺要求的混合flowshop调度问题,根据问题的特点,建立了批工件在车间中成组加工的数学模型,并提出求解最小化平均流程时间的两阶段启发式算法,针对实际生产数据的计算结果表明所提算法是快速有效的.
This paper considers a hybrid flowshop scheduling problem with JIT technical constraints based on the process of steel making continuous casting. A model of GT is constructed according to characteristics of the problem, and a two stage heuristic algorithm is proposed to find minimize mean flowtime. The efficiency of the proposed algorithm is shown by computing results.
