摘要
物流产业既是跨行业、跨部门的复合产业,又是劳动密集型和技术密集型相结合的产业,在对物流人才的需求上有着独特的行业特性。针对我国高校物流管理专业面临的问题,探讨如何培养出满足市场需求的物流人才的新模式。
Logistics industry is a multi-industry,cross-functional industry;meanwhile it is a combination of labor-intensive and technology-intensive industry.It has the unique characteristics on the demanding for logistics personnel.The important issue that the logistics management colleges in China are facing is how to train the logistics students to be the logistics talents who can meet the market demand.
