摘要
研究了粉碎电磁波无涡流照射流对菠菜(Spinacia oleracea L.)和苦瓜(Momordica charantia L.)种子的影响,根据处理后种子的发芽率和幼苗生长状况对单次照射的时间、每天照射次数和连续照射的时间等因素进行了探索.结果表明,适当的粉碎电磁波无涡流加热处理能促进植物种子的萌发与生长,对菠菜种子处理的最适条件是照射2次/d,4 s/次,连续照射8 d,发芽率达83.7%,比对照提高44.0%,幼苗增高20.91 mm;对苦瓜种子处理的最适条件是照射4次/d,8 s/次,连续照射10 d,发芽率达93.3%,比对照提高18.9%,幼苗增高34.4 mm.
The seeds of spinach(Spinacia oleracea L.) and bitter melon(Momordica charantiap L.) were treated by smashing electromagnetic wave with different seconds each time,different times in a day and different treating days.According to the seed germination rate and the seedling growth character,the optimum treat conditions were determined.The results indicated that the seed germination rate and seedling growth could be promoted by properly heating of smashing electromagnetic wave non-turbulent flow.When the seeds of spinach were treated with 4 s each time,and 2 times a day follow continuously 8 days long,the germinated rate was 44.0% more than the contract,the seedling was 20.91 mm higher than the contract.While the seeds of bitter melon were treated with 8 s per time,and 4 times a day follow continuously 10 days long,the germination rate was 18.9% more than the contract,the seedling was 34.4 mm higher than the contract.
