工学结合人才培养模式下学生思想政治教育实现路径探析

On the Approach to Promote Ideological and Political Education for Students in the Learning-in-work Talent Cultivation Model

工学结合的人才培养模式下,如何结合其特点,有效开展学生思想政治教育是我们要深入研究的问题。本文立足我校工学结合实施过程,探讨如何选择恰当的路径,将在校园内传统的学生思想政治教育的模式有效延伸到大学生"工学结合"人才培养模式的实施过程,系统性地与高职"工学交替"、"任务驱动"、"项目导向"、"顶岗实习"的教学模式有机结合,实现有效的思想政治教育。

Based on the implementation of students＇ learning-in-work in Guangzhou City Polytechnic,this paper discusses on how to select an appropriate approach to effectively extend the traditional ideological and political education on campus to the process of learning-in-work practice. The purpose of this extension is to systematically combine ideological and political education with teaching models such as＂work and learning alternation＂,＂task-driving＂,＂project orientation＂,＂internship＂,so that the effect of ideological and political education can be enhanced.
