摘要
用喷射成形技术制备了过共晶Al-Si合金沉积坯,对原始态、沉积态和挤压态的微观组织进行了观察和分析,讨论了淬火温度对沉积态组织的影响,探索了喷射成形合金后续致密化的工艺及合适的工艺参数。
With spray deposition technology hyper-eutectic Al-Si alloy has been produced. Theprior, deposited and extruded microstructures have been investigated. The effect of quenched temper-ature on deposited microstructure has been discussed. The densified technology on spraying depositionhyper-eutectic Al-Si alloy and its parameters have been studied.
