摘要
探讨了用近红外反射光谱快速无损检测方便面含油率的可行性,分别采用归一化、一次求导及二次求导处理原始光谱数据,用5769cm-1、3578cm-1、5391cm-1和8315cm-1处的一次求导数值与方便面的含油率进行四元一次回归时,方程的复相关系数为0.92,与标准化学分析相比,平均相对误差2.9%.
The feasibility of using NIRRS to inspect the oil content in instant noodles nondestructively and quickly is discussed in this paper.Initial dates are treated by normalization,first derivative and second derivative.The values of first derivative at 5769cm -1 ,3578cm -1 ,5391cm -1 ,8315cm -1 and the oil content in instant noodles are used to carry out the linear quaternionic regression analysis and R 2 of the regression equation is 0.92 with the mean relative error 2.9%.The result shows that NIRS can satisfy the accuracy requirement of oil content inspection in instant nooles practically.
