摘要
目的探讨瘦素及其受体在椎间盘组织表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学技术检测正常椎间盘(21个)与退变椎间盘(39个)组织中瘦素及其受体的表达,用免疫细胞化学技术检测体外培养的纤维环细胞中瘦素及其受体的表达。结果退变椎间盘组织中瘦素及其受体的表达高于正常椎间盘组织,差异有显著性(t=3.223、5.553,P<0.05)。体外培养的纤维环细胞中可以检测到瘦素及其受体表达。结论椎间盘组织存在瘦素及其受体;瘦素可能在椎间盘退变中发挥作用。
Objective To study the expressions and their significance of leptin and leptin receptor in intervertebral disc.Methods Expressions of leptin and its receptor protein were detected in 21 normal intervertebral discs and 39 degenerative discs,and in human cells of annular fibrosus cultured in vitro,immunohistochemically and immunocytochemically,respectively. ResultsThe expressions of leptin and its receptor in degenerative discs were stronger than that of the normal discs(t=3.223,5.553;P0.05),and that expressions could also be determined in the cells cultured in vitro. Conclusion Leptin and leptin receptor exist in the intervertebral disc tissue,which might play an important role in the process of the disc degeneration.
