摘要 介绍了电子式电能表的一般构成和计量原理,分析了电力谐波对计量用户电能的影响,针对电子式电能表在电能计量时不能区分谐波功率与基波功率的缺陷,提出了一种基于双ATT7022A芯片的新型电子式电能表的硬件设计方案。 This paper introduces the general structure,operating principle and arithmetic in measuring core of power meter,and it simply explains the general method of power system to count power consumption of electricity users.Because of the differences between energy calculation method of electronic power meter's hardware design and traditional power calculation in power system, the electronic power meter can't distinguish the harmonic power and fundamental power,which leads to measurement errors.In view of this lack,we propose a design of new electronic power meter based on two ATT7022A chips.
