西北地区风力发电的环境价值研究

Study of the Environmental Value of Wind Power in Northwest Region

中国目前正处在工业化的重要阶段,高耗能产业比重大,能源短缺,环境保护形势严峻,节能减排任务艰巨,大力发展风电产业能缓解能源短缺问题和减少环境污染。西北地区是中国风能资源十分丰富的地区,开发利用潜力巨大,风电产业发展具有一定的基础。目前,西北千万千瓦级的风电基地正在规划和筹备,风电行业步入快速发展的重要时期。鉴于此,文章在分析西北地区风能分布和风能开发利用的基础上,根据现有排污收费标准和美国环境价值标准,对风力发电的环境价值展开分析研究,旨在为我国西北地区的风电产业发展提供理论支持。

China is now in a phase of important stage of industrialization, inwhich high energy consumption by industry is significant. Energy shortages and environmental protection are both pressing issues, which could be helped by development of th8 wind power industry. Northwest China is very rich in wind energy resources and has huge potential for development and utilization of wind. In this paper, We reviewed the latest the distribution of wind energy resource development in Northwest China, analyze and assesse the Environmental value of Wind Power in Northwest Region of China.
