摘要
基层医院门诊管理的难点是管理体系不完善,组织协调难;门诊流程滞后,优质服务难;人员调配不合理,确保诊疗质量难;继续教育不规范,人员素质提高难。管理对策包括探讨科学有效的门诊管理模式、积极推进门诊服务流程再造、合理调配门诊人员和建立规范的继续教育制度。
In grass roots hospitals,difficulties of management of out-patient department were difficult to coordinate due to insufficient management system,difficult to high-quality service due to backward outpatient service process,difficult to guarantee quality of diagnosis and treatment due to irrational allocate personnel,difficult to raise professional quality of the staffs due to lack of standard system of continuing education.The countermeasures were to approach scientific and effective management modes of out-patient department,to advance process reengineering of out-patient service,allocate the staffs rationally and establish standard system of continuing education.
