L-脯氨酸协助合成β-氢氧化镍和氧化镍花球及纳米三角片(英文) 被引量:7

L-Proline Assisted Synthesis of Flower-Like Microspheres and Triangular Nanosheets of β-Ni(OH)_2 and NiO

摘要 以NH3·H2O和NaOH作为沉淀剂,通过水热方法在180℃,L-脯氨酸作用下,分别合成出了β-Ni(OH)2花球和纳米三角片。XRD结果表明合成出的β-Ni(OH)2产物是六方相,透射电镜(TEM)和场发射电镜(FESEM)表明花球直径为1~2μm,它是由厚15nm,边长110nm的三角片自组装形成的。对相应的β-Ni(OH)2前驱物在350℃空气下退火2h,分别得到NiO花球和纳米三角片。 β-Ni(OH)2 flower-like microspheres and triangular nanosheets have been hydrothermally synthesized at 180 ℃ in the presence of L-proline using NH3·H2O and NaOH,respectively,as the precipitant.XRD patterns show that the as-prepared β-Ni(OH)2 products are hexagonal phase.TEM and FESEM images indicate that the flower-like microspheres with diameter of 1~2 μm are assembled from triangular nanosheets with thickness of 15 nm and edge length of 110 nm.NiO flower-like microspheres and triangular nanosheets can be obtained by calcining the β-Ni(OH)2precursors at 350 ℃ for 2 h in air.
