摘要
工程设计是地面工程建设的关键,煤层气田"标准化设计、模块化建设"技术是设计理念和设计手段的集成创新。介绍了沁水盆地煤层气田集气站的标准化设计,指出该标准化设计是根据煤层气田总工艺流程和地面工艺技术,并结合近4年来开发建设及现场运行情况所总结出的一套通用、标准、适用于该煤层气田集气站建设的指导性和可操作性文件,其核心是"四统一、一和谐",即:统一工艺流程、统一设备选型、统一建设标准、统一单体安装尺寸,保持平面布置与当地环境的和谐发展,实现集气站功能统一,操作统一。依据标准化设计可提前对站场设备、材料进行规模化采购,方便预制和组配,确保工程建设优质、高效和安全,加快了沁水盆地煤层气田的建设步伐,对该煤层气田的其他区块和国内类似煤层气田的开发设计具有示范和借鉴意义。
The development and design is the core of surface engineering construction of coalbed methane (CBM) gas fields.The technologies of standardized design and modular construction are the integrated innovation of design concepts and design tools.This paper introduces the standardized design of a gas gathering station (GGS) at the Fanzhuang Block of the CBM gas field in the Qinshui Basin.This standardized design is a series of general,standardized instructional and practical documents which can be applied to the GGS construction,which is based on the general process flow and surface process technologies of this CBM gas field,as well as its construction experiences and on-site operational situation over 4 years.The core of the standardized design includes 'four unified criteria' of process flow,facility selection,engineering standard,and individual facility installation dimension,and 'one harmony' of the reconcilability between the plane layout and local environment,all of which could achieve the unified GGS function and operation.According to the standardized design,the aforehand large-scale procurement of the GGS equipment and materials can be realized,which can facilitate the pre-fabrication and grouping,and the high quality,high efficiency and security of the construction will be ensured.In addition,it will also accelerate the construction of the Qinshui CBM gas fields.Besides,it has great significance to the development of the Zhengzhuang Block in the Qinshui CBM gas fields and other CBM gas fields in China.
