岩金矿山倾斜中厚矿体开采综合技术研究 被引量:7

Research on Comprehensive Mining Technology for Gently Inclined Medium-Thick Ore-Body in a Gold Mine

摘要 针对那林金矿开采技术条件,分别采用分段崩落法、分层崩落法开采倾斜中厚矿体和倾斜薄矿体,综合运用光面爆破与喷锚网支护巷道维护技术、中深孔逐孔爆破技术和损失贫化控制技术,取得了矿块平均生产能力达214.11 t/d;矿石综合贫化率21.87%;回收率71.98%;综合成本246.04元/t的较好技术经济指标,为同类矿床的开采提供了成功范例。 In Naling gold mine,in light of the technical conditions of mining,sublevel caving and slicing-and-caving are adopted respectively to mine inclined medium-thick ore-body and inclined thin ore-body,smooth blasting and shotcrete-anchorage-network supporting are used comprehensively to safeguard the stability of drifts,some ore loss and dilution controlling technologies and hole-by-hole blasting with medium-length holes are used also.Such better technical and economic indexes as average production capacity of mining block of 214.11t/d,integrative ore dilution rate of 21.87%,ore recovery rate of 71.98% and aggregate mining cost of 246.04 yuan/t have been achieved.It makes some reference for the application of the mining method in same type of mines.
