摘要 分析了国内外山洪预警预报技术的最新进展,提出了以分布式水文模型为基础,以动态临界雨量为指标的山洪预警预报方法,并在江西遂川江流域得到应用,以期为全国山洪监测预警系统的建设及山洪灾害防治提供参考依据. The latest progresses on global torrential flood forecasting techniques is reviewed in this paper, and then a forecasting approach is proposed on the basis of distributed hydrological model according to dynamic critical rainfall index. This approach has been applied in Suichuanjiang River basin in Jiangxi province, which is expected to provide valuable reference for building a national torrential flood forecasting and early warning system as well as control of such flooding.
