摘要
提出“网络信息资源”这一概念并对其含义进行初步说明 ;从不同角度和层次对网络信息资源加以分类 ,并分析网络信息资源的特点。
Firstly puts forward the concept of “network information resources” and gives a preliminary explanation to its connotation and then classifies them into different groups from various angles and analyzes their characteristics.
